Seawall & dock help·Panama City Beach
Your waterfront. Your next step.

How this site works.
Our referral role, stated plainly.

Panama City Beach Seawall is an independent planning and referral website. This page explains what that means for you and your project.

We plan and refer; we do not build

Panama City Beach Seawall is an independent planning and referral website. We publish seawall guides and help owners prepare for a project. We are not a contractor, engineer, surveyor, inspector, insurer or government agency, and we do not perform seawall, dock or shoreline work.

Waterfront scenes on the site set the visual theme. They are not photos of completed projects or of any specific property.

When your request is shared

If you submit a request and agree to the consent notice, we may share your request and contact details with a partner contractor. That contractor can then contact you about the work you described. The privacy page explains how request details are handled.

A request does not book an inspection, start a contract or authorize any work.

How we may be paid

We may receive compensation from a partner contractor for an introduction. Reading the guides and submitting a request cost owners nothing.

You choose your professional

You decide whether to talk with any professional we introduce. You choose the contractor, engineer or surveyor, and you sign any contract directly with them. Check the license before you agree to anything:

Florida has a state-certified marine specialty contractor category for seawalls, bulkheads and docks. Rule 61G4-15.100, F.A.C. The contractor verification guide covers every step.
