Seawall & dock help·Panama City Beach
Your waterfront. Your next step.

Your request and your privacy.
What we collect and why.

This page explains what the seawall request form collects, how those details are used and what stays on your own device.

What the request form asks for

The form asks for three things: your property's community, what needs attention and a callback phone number. You can also add a name, a project stage, an email address and a short description.

On tool and audience pages, the form records which page you used. If you ran a planning tool, you choose whether to include its summary with your request.

The form does not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or insurance policy numbers. Please leave them out of the description box too.

How your request is used

Your details are used to contact you about the seawall, bulkhead or dock project you described. If you agree to the consent notice on the form, your request may be shared with a partner contractor so they can discuss the work you asked about.

The disclosure page explains that relationship in full.

What stays on your device

Answers you enter in the planning tools stay in your browser unless you include a summary with a request. The “Save a copy” button creates a text file on your device. It does not send anything.

Links to official websites

The guides link to county, state and federal websites, such as permit portals and flood maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Our hosting provider processes routine technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect this site.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
